All transactions made through Resixty are governed by this refund and cancellation policy.
By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Refunds will be processed only if the conditions mentioned below are met, and all refunds are subject to verification and approval by Resixty.
UPI transactions cannot be cancelled once initiated due to the real-time nature of these payments. Users are responsible for entering the correct payment details, including UPI ID or VPA (Virtual Payment Address). Resixty will not be held liable for any incorrect information entered by the User during the transaction process.
If there is any delay in processing after initiating the transaction, Users should wait for 30 minutes before contacting our support team at [email protected] for further assistance.
Debit/Credit card transactions cannot be cancelled after submission unless otherwise indicated by the issuing bank. For any issues related to card transactions, please contact us at [email protected] or call +91 8700977671.
We will respond and resolve the issue according to our internal escalation matrix and applicable legal frameworks.
The refundable deposit paid to initiate a bidding process is refundable under the following conditions:
If the User decides to proceed after discovering the lowest price during the bidding process, the refundable deposit will be adjusted against the final payment.
If the User decides not to proceed after discovering the lowest price during the bidding process, they are eligible for a full refund of the refundable deposit.
If the User does not confirm their acceptance of the lowest price within three (3) days, the refundable deposit will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
Registered Users who make advance payments can request a refund within fifteen (15) days of the transaction, subject to the funds being credited to Resixty’s designated bank account. Refunds will be processed after validation, and all refunds will be returned to the original mode of payment.
In rare cases where Resixty cancels a project after payment due to
unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund to the User for any amounts paid toward that project.
Resixty is a platform that connects Users with Partners (suppliers, installers, etc.). Resixty will not be responsible for mediating or processing refunds in the event of disputes between the User and the Partner.
Any disputes related to the quality of services, products, or other terms must be resolved directly between the User and the Partner. Resixty is not liable for refunding advance fees, commissions, or other payments made by the User to the Partner unless otherwise stated.
Resixty will not issue refunds for any commission payments, or lead fees received from Partners if a User deregisters, deactivates their account, or cancels their subscription to our platform.
Refund requests for these fees will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are at the sole discretion of Resixty.
Once a refund is approved, the User will be notified via email. Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was originally used by the User. If that is not possible, an alternative method will be discussed with the User.
In the case of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions, Resixty reserves the right to withhold or deny refunds until the investigation is completed. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, Resixty reserves the right to take necessary legal action.
