Resixty and its affiliates (collectively, “Resixty”, “we” or “us”)
are engaged in the business of providing web-based solutions to
facilitate connections (facilitate transaction) between customers
that seek specific services and partners that offer these services.
This Policy outlines our practices in relation to the collection,
storage, usage, processing, and disclosure of personal data that you
have consented to share with us when you access, use, or otherwise
interact with our website available at www.resixty.com (“Platform”)
or avail products or services that Resixty offers you on or through
the Platform (collectively, the “Services”).

hereby clarified that for the purposes of this Privacy Policy,
the term ‘personal data” may include information that can be
associated with a specific person, and can be used to uniquely
identify or contact a person.
Personal data include, but is not limited to and as may be
determined necessary to be obtained from you by Resixty from
time to time.:
Contact Data, such as your mailing or home address, location, email addresses, and mobile numbers.
Identity and Profile Data, such as your name, username or similar identifiers, photographs, and gender.
Marketing and Communications Data, such as your address, email address, information posted in service requests, offers, wants, feedback, comments, pictures and discussions in our blog and chat boxes, responses to user surveys and polls, your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us and our third parties, and your communication preferences. We may also collect your chat and call records when you communicate with Partners through the Platform if such a practice is adopted by Resixty.
Technical Data, which includes your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, details of operating system, access time, page views, device ID, device type, frequency of visiting our website and use of the Platform , website and mobile application activity, clicks, date and time stamps, location data, and other technology on the devices that you use to access the Platform.
Also please consider- Resixty will collect location, rooftop, electricity consumption, Company incorporation (GST, TIN, PAN, TAN etc data)
Provided, however, information regarding the physical attributes of your property, including building type, the details of the existing energy systems on your property, and other information that cannot be used to uniquely identify or contact a User does not, by itself, qualify as personal information.
In addition to the above, an Unregistered User may choose to use the ResixtyCalculatorTM to obtain estimates/outputs and any recommendations related thereto. In such cases, an Unregistered User may also be required to submit certain inputs such as a photographic map or details of address including street address, the details of the city or town, and the pin code. Resixty may share such information with the Partners or other third parties to deliver or promote the Resixty Services and other services available via the Website. Please note that Resixty will not record the name or email address of an Unregistered User unless such Unregistered User subscribes to receive information via electronic mail, or such Unregistered User chooses to become a Registered User, and provides its personal information to Resixty and/or Partners, as the case may be. We shall not store your financial information, such as your bank routing or account numbers, or your debit or credit card account numbers.
What happens if YOU refuse to provide my personal data?
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the
terms of a contract (such as the Terms), and you fail to provide
that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the
contract (for example, to provide you with the Services). In
this case, we may have to cancel or limit your access to the
Services.
Resixty may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they use website. Non-personal identification information may include the type of computer, browser name, which site the users came from or advertisement that they viewed or clicked on and technical information about the Users means of connection to the website such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information. Access and Updating Your Personal Data: You warrant that all personal data provided to Resixty is accurate, up-to-date, and true. You have the right to access and correct inaccurate or incomplete data, subject to legal requirements. You can request a copy of your personal data from Resixty by emailing [email protected]. Resixty will respond to such requests within 2 working days.
Opting-out of Marketing and Promotional Communications: If you receive marketing and promotional emails from us, you can opt-out using the instructions provided in those emails. However, we may still send you emails regarding your user account or Services you have requested.
Account Deletion: You may delete your account and personal data stored with Resixty by emailing [email protected]. Resixty will process your request within 2 working days. Upon account deletion, you will lose access to all Services. Transactional data will be retained as required by applicable law.
Notification to Partners: Resixty shall promptly inform Partners with whom your information has been shared of your decision to delete your account. However, Resixty shall not be responsible for ensuring that the Partners delete such information and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you, either directly or indirectly, due to a Partner's inability to delete your information.
